The headphones have a range of 300 to 500 meters, but in venues with large walls or other obstacles, the reach may be limited. We can help you test the range beforehand to ensure a flawless event.

The transmitter can operate on three slightly different frequencies ranging from 863 MHz to 865 MHz.

Due to the easy setup and our professional equipment, the possibility of technical issues is very limited. However, in case you encounter any problems during the event, we are always available to assist you. You can connect all devices either via AUX or Bluetooth for the wireless transmitters and via AUX or RCA for the normal transmitters.
